Cake I did for an order. I’m getting better at drawing on cakes.

Results of my Advanced Wedding Cake Practical which was a mock bridal fair. Western themed tiered cake and a six inch cake to match.

The six inch cake had to feature two different borders, overpiping, a monogram, and either cornelli lace or applique. I chose to do cornelli lace.

Today is my dad’s birthday. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi so for his cake, I made him the Kappa shield. He loved it so much that he doesn’t want to cut it.

I made this cake for my advanced wedding cake class on Monday night. Chef said she didn’t have a bad thing to say about it and it was very pretty.

Made this for my sister’s birthday yesterday. She loved it.

I made this cake for a friend’s baby shower. 

It was my first time making gum paste accessories for a cake, but I think the baby, moon, and stars turned out pretty darn well.

I redid the display wedding cake at work.

Tinkerbell cake I did two days ago.
